I associate human steps with the imagery of a compass, merging it with artificial indoor plants. The rotating motion does not generate forward momentum but rather resembles an endless cycle of stepping in place. As the ice melts away, the only thing moving forward is time.
我從人跨出步伐的模樣進行聯想，將圓規的意象與室內的假植栽結合，旋轉的動態並不會帶來前進的動能，更像是無止境的原地踏步，隨著冰塊的消解，前進的只有時間。

人が歩みを進める姿から着想を得て制作した作品。
コンベアのように回転する動きは前進するのではなく、終わりのない足踏みに似ています。どんなに時間がたってもその場から動くことのない歩み、時とともに溶けていく氷。前に進むのは身体ではなく、時間だけです。
